NATIONAL COLLEGE TRICHY: was established in the year 1919. It is one of the few oldest affiliated Colleges of Bharathidasan University.As on date, the College has fourteen Post-Graduate Programmes and sixteen Under-Graduate Programmes under operation. M.Phil Programme is being offered in ten Departments.The College is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) at ‘A’ Level of Credit.

Wheel Chairs and Hand pedaled Cycles are provided freely to the differently abled students to go around the campus. Lift facilities have been provided in the Jawaharlal Nehru block and other places for the use of physically challenged students and staff.
